Dès le 6 décembre, les chaînes de télévision France 2 et TV5 Monde lancent « Oh! AfricArt », une courte émission labellisée Africa 2020 sur la création contemporaine africaine.
Depuis quelques années maintenant, l’art contemporain africain se forge une reconnaissance internationale, séduisant les collectionneurs, investissant les foires au-delà de celles qui lui sont spécifiquement consacrées, telles 1-54 et AKAA pour ne citer qu’elles.
